		Upon completion of the computer aided design process, the client’s product is instantly ready for proofing by a variety of computer generated output method as well as being ready for the plate making process. This new and revolutionary technological advance is ” Computer To Plate ” Process (CTP). This new process automatically calibrates all output sources so that for instance the computer screen and the printed proof will be creature of the CTP system is the complete elimination of the need for use of lithographic film. taking less total time to produce a finished printed product. Additionally, necessary corrections can easily be made on the plate has enhanced the quality of the output for printing when comparing with plate making with lithographic film as the media through exposure. 		Upon completion of the plates by CTP we are now ready to print. Our presses are the finest. Early in 1997 we had the first fully computer controlled 8 color sheet-feed offset printing press in Hong Kong or China and by June, 2001, we had installed the second set of 8-color sheet-feed offset printing press equipped with computer controlled the latest printing technology. In early 2002,we had installed another 5-color sheet feed offset printing press with Card Device to perform printing duties for heavier stocks. We never had stopped investing into latest printing technology that in 2004 and 2006, we had installed the third 8 color and a brand new to 10 color sheet feed offset printing press. Right now with our 39 automatic sheet feed printing units, we enable one time printing for 10 color on one side or 5 color printing on both sides. Our pressmen have many years experience and are true craftsman. Our pressrooms are fully air-conditioned and maintained in a clean manner in order to insure the best quality output from our presses. 		Printing products may require different finishing processes after printing. Apart from varnishing, laminating are to be processed by professional vendors, our binding and finishing facilities provide handwork processes in our large China facility as well as fully automated bindery processes in both bindings such as saddle stitched, case bound, limp bound, sewn bound, notch bound, perfect bound or wire-o bound, calendar overprinting and exclusively in Hong Kong, the heat sealing binding. More processes such as card gluing, card-board embossing, paper perforating, hole drilling, card-box die-cutting, paper bags making, etc., that enable us to serve our clients with complete printing processes for almost any printing products.
